Below the video, you can read about what zodiac signs each planet travels through during Taurus Season will be and what it means for the collective.

Sun in Taurus 4/21/2023 – 5/21/2023

All Month:

Collective Focus:

1 “A clear mountain stream flows steadily downstream.”
30 “A peacock parading on an ancient lawn”

Secure foundations, steady progress, physical comfort, emotional stability.

Saturn sexile/trine N.Node/S.Node

We find ease in applying the lessons of the past to our lives and goals now. In water and earth, we are able to channel our feelings into practical endeavors that in turn increase or help us maintain our emotional equilibrium. We can take advantage of this aspect by being mindful of our momentary emotions but persisting in our practical steps to secure the future.

Mercury retrograde in Taurus ♉ (15° – 5°) 4/21 – 5/15

Turning inward to review, renew, repair, replenish, or rebuild. Consider our internal foundations and how they impact our tangible experience (our lifestyles, health, income, all of which often reflect our unconscious (retrograde) level of self worth. This can also be recognizing where we may have internalized the projections of others’ self-worth or lack thereof.)

Venus in Gemini – 4/12 – 5/8/23 In Cancer 5/8- Gemini Season

  1.  ♊Mercury rule Venus enjoys the exchange of information, light social banter, and tinkering with our toys. Be careful that we don’t get distracted by every idea or new noun that presents itself to us. Venus in Gemini is a charming flirt with the gift of gab always ready to talk you out of your pants or money.
  2.  ♋Venus in Cancer says “Treat me special treat me kind. I fall more in love with your heart than your mind.” This is a focus on enjoying and expressing our & others’ nurturing side. We must be careful though not to overindulge codependent dynamics with those close to us.

Mars in Cancer (13°- 29°) enters Leo 5/21

Motivated to take action to achieve emotional safety, provide nurturing, or express feelings. This is a roundabout energy that tends to avoid danger or engage conflict in ways that seem to skirt the periphery (or focus more on  the emotional impact than the facts) of an issue.

Jupiter in Aries (23° – 30°) enters Taurus 5/17

Understanding self-interest & regard at a spiritual level AND embodying it makes way for deeper understanding of the spiritual side of material security (and as we practice embodying that, we make way for Jupiter in Gemini). Understanding followed by embodiment leads to greater evolution/more expansive self-actualization. Collectively we are being forced to accept responsibility for our experience and accountability for our actions in the house this transit takes place.

Saturn in Pisces (4° – 6°)

Handling the responsibilities of unconditional love/understanding/acceptance. Accepting the limitations implied or taking responsibility for transcending them. We are taking ownership of our own spiritual growth/evolution. Maturely integrating the mundane & the magical in the interest of tangible progress.

Uranus in Taurus (17° –  19°)

Continuation of long term transit we are breaking away from structures that provide security but not satisfaction and vice versa. This is a revamp of value systems and social movements emerging re: sustainability, autonomy, & respect for nature/natural cycles. Tech innovations that help us “save the earth” etc.

Neptune in Pisces (26-27°)

Neptune is in domicile and generation representing what area of life we are called to clarify, integrate, and spiritualize. Pisces represents the collective 12th house, what we hide from ourselves to our detriment, places of physical/mental isolation, and transcendent experiences.

Pluto in Aquarius (0°)

Transforming our approach to social causes and group identity. This will activate issues of group think, ego denial, marginalization. Questions to ask yourself at the ingress (and when pluto aspects personally): What is our contribution to the collective and what is my why in relation to the causes and groups I align myself with? Pluto digs from the root in order to detoxify and is karmic in nature. The reasons and intentions behind our words, actions and demeanor in group settings will have a much more potent impact than usual.

Are you a part of the group or working on the cause because it makes you feel special? Or because you recognize a cause that you can uniquely contribute to? The difference between self-awareness and self-aggrandizement and where you stand on the spectrum will be reflected back to you in group dynamics. Overcoming the pressure or temptation to conform at the cost of our authenticity, which is our true service to the collective.

North Node in Taurus (3-4°)

We are manifesting the kind of security within and without that frees us to evolve toward the promise implied by the node. (Sensually satisfying experience of life. Security grounded in solid self-evaluation. Strong material foundations in the face of great emotional intensity or turbulence.

Lilith in Leo (11° – 14°)

Refusal to quell the creative urge (the sexual urge, the expressive/individualistic urge) or our childlike ways may cause us to feel alienated in the house where this transit takes place. Can we be proud of ourselves and engage the part of ourselves that is sexual, wild, even abrasive, disapproved of by ‘the group’ without giving in to reactionary envy or the urge to condescend or control the same in others? Where are you denying your desire to stand out for fear of external disapproval, retracted rewards or social isolation?

Chiron in Aries (16° – 18°)

The wound around self-assertion, self-definition, self-actualization. Healing impulsivity, resistance to authority, lack of consideration for others. Recognition and reconciliation of one’s own subjectivity.
